Copper Interactive assesses websites using passive, publicly visible signals only (HTTP headers, TLS certificates, page source, published version strings). It does not perform vulnerability scanning or active testing without written authorization from the site owner. Pricing is by quote.

- Q: How do you find sites that need help?
  A: We only look at information any visitor can see: public HTTP headers, TLS certificates, page source, and published version strings. We never scan for vulnerabilities, attempt logins, or probe non-public systems.
- Q: What does a project cost?
  A: Every site is different, so we quote each project individually after a short conversation and a free audit. Request a quote and we will reply with a clear, fixed scope.
- Q: Do you work with businesses outside your city?
  A: Yes. We work remotely with clients across the United States.
- Q: Will a rebuild hurt my search rankings?
  A: We inventory your existing URLs and set up redirects before launch so that search engines and bookmarks continue to find your pages.
- Q: Do I have to use your hosting?
  A: No. Managed hosting is optional. We can hand over the finished site and documentation to your own team or provider.
