What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name (if given), the website URL you ask us to review, your message, and your confirmation that you are authorized to request the audit, along with the country your request came from. Our hosting provider also processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare the audit or quote you asked for.
• To send a confirmation email for your submission.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores contact form submissions in its D1 database, and provides Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from people rather than bots.
• Refresh (f5send.com), operated by Obsidian Heron, delivers the emails generated by the contact form.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Turnstile may use technical signals to distinguish people from bots. We do not use analytics scripts. Cloudflare keeps aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics as part of hosting the site.

Retention

If a submission does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep your information for the length of the engagement and as long afterward as the law or our records require. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@copperinteractive.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
